Happy Friday!

I rarely ever do such extreme colour-editing on my photos, but this batch of photos turned out really bad, so I had to make adjustments as best as I could. I also have to mention here that I'm such a noob when it comes to photo-editing. I do apologize.

I'm also a noob at "finding the light". I can hear Tyra Bank's voice instructing me to "find the light", but sometimes I have no idea where the light is and even if I find it, I'm not always happy with that angle. That's why models are paid so much and I'm doing this for free :P

Anywayz, about the outfit. It's too bad I didn't get any good shots of the scallop edges on my vest because it's really quite cute. I got that and the skirt from Wholesale Dress many, many weeks ago (before I started my shopping ban. And also the reason I decided to put myself on a shopping ban). This time, I've decided to wash and wear the clothes first before writing a full review on my haul. The review should be coming up soon, so keep an eye out for it, if you're interested.

My nails. These were inspired by Dolly Wink's Pastel Dot Nail. I accidentally used the wrong dotting tool and my dots turned out too big, so I kind of had to make some changes. I'll try again the next time.

P/S: Quite a few of you ladies asked me where I got my satchel in the post below. I've answered most of you on your respective blogs, but for those I couldn't access/email, I got it from http://www.bagspace.sg/
However, I got it about a year ago, so I'm not sure if they still have any stock left. You guys can try eBay as I've seen some similar ones there :)

    the skirt and scallop top is really pretty! i've been eyeing to get a scallop top since forever but all those that i came across are chiffon and i...just don't know how to look after such delicate fabric :(

    I am slowly learning everyday how to be better with photoshop. I constantly have to fix the contrast and brights on my photos as I'm still trying to figure out my camera. Anyway! Love this look, the color block is so fun, and the cut of the skirt is so unique! Loving the glasses necklace too! I need that since I'm a 4 eyes!

    lol the skirt and top!! sooo what do you mean wholesale? where can i get it? i really like them!! s2.. love the colours and fabric!! perfect for summer.... and those are some cuteeee nails!s2


    btw, about my lemon obsession I loveeeeeee eating lemon and salt .. yep you can cut the lemon like u would with orange but i dont i usually jsut slice the lemon and hten cut into smaller wedges and dip a LITTLE bit of salt (but i always end up dipping too much.. sooo baddd but soo good ^^) and yess its SOURR as heck!! which is why i love it... it probably cleanses my system too =P i drink a lot of water while i eat it =] and its soo good.. umm drooling thinking about it ^^

    Pink and purple are such great colors together. Did you use nail tape? You did good job with really clean cut edges of the 'U', but maybe it wouldve been better to put a layer of top coat after you painted the edges and before you do the dots to make the difference between the dots and 'U' less obvious.

    I wonder if that made any sense at all! Did you do a top coat over the whole nail after? Top coating usually softens up the edges of everything really well ^^
